Due to a booming 60,000 sq foot facility expansion, Super Radiator Coils, a family-owned manufacturer in the Midlothian, VA area, is seeking hard-working and mechanically minded people to join our Maintenance Team. 

Qualifications: 

• Able to safely lift objects weighing up to 50lbs unassisted.

• Able to stand for long periods & stoop/bend/push/pull frequently.

• Embodies SRC values (i.e., Teamwork, Problem Solving, Integrity, Relationships, and Excellence).

• 4+ years of manufacturing experience; with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some Electrical and PLC understanding.

• High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.

• Clear and effective communication skills – verbal, written, and typed – across all levels of the organization (able to receive and give).

• Possess a basic understanding of math.

• Able to follow directions of supervisor.

• Open to constructive criticism and makes proper adjustments to feedback.

• Team player, possessing a positive attitude in the face of challenges.

• Resourceful and finds a way to safely solve new or unique challenges.

• Eager to learn new information and techniques to improve craft as well as understand all aspects of coil manufacturing process.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Journeyman Millwright

• Pneumatic certifications

• Hydraulic certifications

• Pipefitter experience

• Welding (TIG, MIG, and stick)
