Our Hiring Process
Here's our hiring process at Super Radiator Coils:
1. Apply – Candidate submits application
2. Interview Process –
a. Phone Screen
b. Virtual Interview
c. In-Person Interview & Tour
3. Pre-Employment –
a. Emailed Offer (Wage, department, shift, start date)
b. Formal acceptance of offer (via email) triggers completion of offer tasks including Drug Screen and Background Check
4. Final Steps –
a. Friday Packet Pickup at SRC: (Friday before start date)
i. Complete onboarding documents
ii. Employee folder (badge, shoe voucher, "first-day instructions, including specific information on the department, department leadership, and key personnel).
iii. Meet with the Employee Navigation Coordinator to review policies/procedures.
